Me and my client been trying to get a settlement letter since Friday last week. We were first assisted by a lady called Mamushe who told us the letter will be in our email in 20 minutes but she never sent the letter. We called again and we were told she left the office already without sending what we asked for. I can mention a lot of people here like Ingrid who ended up not wanting to speak to us on the phone after countless times she failed to send the letter. We were not asking them to pay the account for us but we asked proof of payment , what is hard about sending a letter? If Boitumelo Serumola did it, what prevented them from doing so?<br> <br> When I got in the office this morning, first thing I did is to call MBD. This time I was assisted by Boitumelo Serumola who was also shocked to hear me telling that we've been trying to get the letter since Friday. She said the exact words as her colleaugues \I will send it in 2 minutes"and surprisingly she did it. I am still in disbelief"
