Woolworths/MBD

These people continue to harass a person at home and work. I have had a Woolworths account. My monthly installments was paid every month as due up to June. In July I went onto Debt review and all my creditors was notified by Que Debt. Now these attorneys keep harassing me. Stating my account was last paid in April. There is already debt review agreements. And I have already started with my payments. Where can this be reported?
