Woolworths credit card-

Hi...I need some clarity as i suspect that some ******* activities are in process here I have a Woolworths credit card and I have a payment arrangement with MBD...I speak under correction but I spoke to one of your sales consultants a month ago or a month and a half...reference number ***..He relayed information regarding all my accounts including Woolworths credit card..My balance at the time was R23000...I contacted MBD today relaying that I am planning to consolidate these accounts and need my balance..Shocking news to my system my account is now R28000...What on earth is happening here... How did my account increase by a 5000 in a month...This doesn't sound possible and I cannot fathom how this is possible...Could you kindly have someone contact me with information regarding this because I think this is ****************....my contact number is ***.I cannot pay R28000 for dishonesty...
