Why wont MBD respond?

I have been requesting a statement from MBD for over a month now. They refuse to get back to me and give me a statement. Should it be so difficult? When I complained on here last week, they responded to a complaint from February and said the case is closed. That's abit daft to reply to an old complaint surely? Come now, surely attorneys are a little bit more clued up than that? As I have stated before, if I do not get the statement ASAP then I will stop paying until I get it, as I know MBD will happily contact me if the money isn't in their account, yet wont bother to do anything for anyone else. Seriously I cant see what the problem is? Why cant I get an UP TO DATE STATEMENT????
