Why do certain companies not follow the Credit control law.

I have been getting every day phone calls from MBD contact nr *** and others some of them are showing the strangest of names on true caller as captured by others, But why I am giving them a low rating is they do not follow Credit controlling laws. My account was written off in 2008/2009 by Std bank. years later It was handed over to MBD when they prob bought their bad debt book. it is now near to 15 years later and these people still try to harass me to pay them. I have no agreement with MBD and secondly the debt prescribed a long time ago. I want Hello Peter to look into their company harassing people whose debt has prescribed as well. They should not be allowed to do that. There are laws that must be followed by all not just by certain institutions. As far as I am aware only home loans and SARS fall out of this prescribed debt law all other debt fall inside it if no connection is done after three years. We talking about my complaint it was for debt near to 15 years ago which was already written off by the bank
