Why charging me lot of arrears, if i asked you to move a date of payment, you are not running an honest business
I requested Truworths to change date of my premium payment from last day of the month to 7th of the month through their consultant, social media pages and went to their stores, they declined then my account accumulated arrears double of what I owe them. hence I receive money on 7th of each month not 31th. They only cares of their wealth than their clients.
I asked them to reduce my arrears but still declined, Those arears were not accumulated in fair manner, They end up requesting me to pay R1 000 in single month, I couldn't pay because i was not affording it.
