Why am I struggling with a Settlement letter why

Hi my name is Ghrishon Id number 8*********087 I have requested for a Settlement letter since on the 15th of may 2025 I am calling this company everyday for follow ups and I mean everyday more 5 time a day and you keep on telling me different stories with a lot of empty promises I have also sent several emails but it doesn't helps I have never felt this way in my life never been this disappointed and feel this helpless,sad being treated like a f**l and disrespected at the same time ...this is a worst service ever
