Why am I getting funny calls from MBD

<p>Firstly why the hell am I being called by some MBD consultant asking me to confirm my ID,secondly I had a virgin active account long ago before I lost my job and I stoped going there ,and I belive that account should be prescribed by now,I would appreciate If you people stop calling me .</p> <p> </p> <p>By law debt that has not been active for more than 3 years are deemed precribed and I will be happy if you go look at the NCR law before I report you</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>you sent me an account number ***</p>
