Who licensed this company???

Litshani, the so called consultant who contacted me was rude, ***********, uninformed, couldnt understand me and had the most horrible telephone manner. We had made an arrangement and she agreed to my terms as I agreed to her terms, after 9 days my terms have not been met and I tried contacting the offices where no on of course could answer the phone, this practice must be the least professional business I have ever come across. I am cancelling my debit order and will deal directly with the original company as this incompetence does not phase me.
