Where's the MBD top management?

***********, ARROGANT, ********, INEXPERIENCED AND PLAIN .....! They send you an email but do not respond on your response. They change arrangements (as they wish) made by you telephonically and when you reprimand them about it, they will argue arrogantly or even constantly interupting you and refer to so called "recorded telephone conversations" saying "You did make the arrangements" (“recordings” which you will never get if requested so) Even if you don't have a working cell phone, they don't reply to any emails. They once told me they do not do arrangements via emails, but why the hell do they send you an email if they know they are going to ignore you? You try to contact them via email in order to make arrangements for payments but to no avail. I just can't figure out why a business like theirs has an email system with valid email addresses, but they "don't do arrangements via emails" Is that because they know they are too ......., too *********** or just too ****** ******** to do emails or is it because they know they might get reprimanded by whomever if they ignore or change arrangements as they wish. AND DON"T THINK FOR ONE MOMENT YOU CAN GET HOLD OF TOP MANAGEMENT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT! (You can fill in the dots)
