WHERE IS MY PAID UP LETTER???!
Despite several emails and calls requesting a paid up letter on my Foschini account that was sent yo MBD. It's been over 3 or 4 months and I have not received a paid up letter. I was told that I would receive a letter after a week it's 2019 and I'm still waiting.
