Where is my paid up letter?

I settled my account with MBD last week already. Phoned the call centre and they confirmed that the account was closed. I immediately requested for my paid up letter, was told that it has been requested and it will be sent to me via email in two days. I have since received nothing and its now 7 days. How does one get a paid up letter from you? You are very quick to send letters of demand, adamant to send paid up letters. Please forward me the letter.
