Well it turns out MBD is not a **** as I thought

Hello thank you for your help once again I recently wrote a complaint about mbd not sending me a settlement letter about a loan I took years back at fnb so I went to check with my bank everything was sorted and I got great news all is well thanks but what i hate the most is that i had to lodge a complaint in order to be cleared
