we are being ****med daily by MBD
MDB are not transparent with their fees, I was contacted to pay my arrears of R20,000 at R5000 since January 2024, but the arrears amount is not coming down, the February statement still shows R20,000 and the second R5000 has been deducted. When I call them to shunted me back and forth refusing to provide answers. The account is with RCS who say they have no visibility even though the statement is issued on their letterhead
