I got a call from MBD then when you answer a voice recoring says that you need to hold the line your credit health depends on it. Why the hell do you call when I need to sit on my damn phone waiting for someone to speak to me????? People don't have time to waste on the phone when they are at work. Why do they have a pathetic system like this? Incompitent fools.
