Warning SMS's and the company is unreachable

My husband has been receiving numerous warning sms's that he has been handed over. The sms just states the amount and account/reference number ***6 11297 and the contact number. I have been trying for weeks to speak to a consultant but after waiting the line just gets cut off. I have also left numerous messages and emails to queries with no success. <br> <br> I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional, how can one be handed over so quickly and then never get hold of this company.
