Wannabe Bounty Hunters

I am on my way to open a lawsuit against MBD for harresment. These people are rude and ask you for personal details and phone on work phones 10 times a day. Which is a breach of privacy. When I ask for a statement and proof of debt, they are rude and unprofessional and I have never ever received any mail from them. I need to understand where I signed that I owe them money? and the cant send me anything. Today I was told that she is supposed to charge me R10 for every phone call but because I dont want to speak to her she will charge me R30! I am fed up with this harresment! They are acting like bounty hunters. I have recorded these phone calls. This is going to stop.
