Waiting for settlement letter
I was offered to settle this account SBSA LOAN ***, at MDB attorneys, to date I have not received the letter stating the account has been settled in full. After several attempt to email ***, *** and Elizna Crous *** but no response. Since 27 May 2021, I was promised the letter will be sent on Thursday. My question to one of the emails sent was which Thursday should I expect the letter.
