Waiting for my paid up letter for 2 weeks now

When I decided to settle my total sports account there were always additional cost everyweek when you, so I just settled the whole amount and been waiting for the paid up letter, your agents are rude as hell if you question them regarding that they end your call, if you ask to speak to customer care line it's not going through,. Please discipline your agents as I have all their names who were very rude and I need my paid up letter as I have got a job but need the letter asap
