Waiting for my money from MBD.

I was asked by MBD to send statements showing payments and my account number and copy of ID but that whole information they always had it that’s why they received money but when they are supposed to pay me back they require the very same information to delay the process/payment. I am still waiting for my money after I was requested statements of the account i last paid in MAY.I had to leave work to get what they required at the bank but still waiting for my money from MBD.If it was the other way way round they were going to call me each and every two hours a day.Please help.
