WAITING FOR MY COPY OF MY CONTRACT-

I have been forced and harassed to pay Direct Axis while im retrenched ,, and i was paying . And later i have realized that when i signed for the loan , i had a insurance i and when asking for the copy of my contract , i have been told they are requesting the copy from their client -direct axis , and since 18 November 2019 im still waiting for it . Im dealing with PERUSHNI , from MBD/MUNIK BASSON DAGAMA ATTORNEYS- . In January she promised to send me the documents , since i have requested documents they never called me again ..I have asked her How can they contact or call or even harass me with calls/ emails and whatsapp while they dont have my file . . I hope what they did its legal - for demanding money while i have a cover .
