Vodacom Account
This complaint is about Vodacom as well as MBD attorneys. Exactly 2 weeks ago as I was on my way to hospital for a spinal fusion, I realised that both my Vodacom lines were down. I had no time to do anything then but as soon as I was back home last week, I started tying to resolve this matter. Somebody phones Vodacom on my behalf on Tue 03 Nov, he spoke to a Melissa at Vodacom, that would have called me. I'm still waiting for that call. on Wed 04Nov, I was driven to Vodacom in Lakeside Mall. Sorry, they are just a franchise and don't deal with it. I was put on the line with a Sifiso who told me to send the proof of payments to ***. I did that, got reply back that it's unknown email. Phoned Voda again. account has been handed over to MBD due non payment. I managed to get the nr for MBD and called them. I must send proof of payment to ***. Which I immediately did. When I phoned MBD I spoke to "Mpokoza". In the conversation I was told I am not the only customer. I was given a nr to call Frieda on. to no avail. I managed to get hold on an Ingrid and told to send the proof of payment to ***. I phoned again today, 10Nov, spoke to "Cathy" who once again told me to send proof of payment to ***. How many more times. The last payment I made at an ABSA branch was 28Aug for R2000. Due to health I had to load Vodacom as a beneficiary on my account ant I made the following payments 04Sep=R2000 30Sep=R3000 05Oct=R1000 27Oct=R1500 28Oct=R1500 03Nov=R1000 That is a total of R10 000 in 3months. Far more than was necessary. well at this very moment, 10Nov 12:24pm, I am still struggling to get anything resolved. How much more do I have to do????
