Vodacom Acc Queries

My name is miranda wagenaar. Id no. *** Vodacom Acc Ref no. ‪***‬ I phone u guys everyday and than u just make promises but never get back to me last week i phone and ask for the manager to call me and ask by when wil she or he call me and the lady said before the end of the day its been a week now amd no reply.. Everytime i phone they ask me my id number and than is please can u hold the line while i put u threw than the phone is off in sick and tired of all ur emty promises now the thing is i paid up my settlement ammount and now i heard that i still owe vodacom.. I send u a email on 27may and no one come back to me.. I spoke to Gontse Tongwa before and after my payments she promised me a paid up letter and said its gonna take 5 to 7 working days its been months now amd no 1 came back to me its not how u do things the time i owe u guys u know how to phone me everyday so please i hope u come back to me as soon as possible
