Violation of POPIA act.

I keep receiving a sms:

"MISS PHOSA PHOSA, your SABC TV LICENSES acc is in arrears. Amount Due: 424.00 Pay online at www.tvlic.co.za . Regards MBD. Tel: ***. ***"

Despite calling numerous times after receiving these sms messages; and requesting my cellphone number to be removed from this person's profile as this is not me. I still keep getting the sms, this after the call center person every time confirming that they "have removed my cell number".

I want to further state that I did not give explicit permission for MDB to access my personal details. THEREFORE MBD IS VIOLATING PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT 4 OF 2013!!!!!!!!!!!
