Violation of POPIA ACT

For the past year I am being harassed by these people for someone else's account. I get smses and constant phone calls. This is extremely ridiculous as I called in and asked for my number to be removed from this person's account and till date this has not been done and i am now being harassed on my alternate contact details which is a business number. I will lodge a complaint to the information regulator as this is utter nonsense.
