VIOLATION OF POPI ACT
MBC Credit Solutions keeps calling me and requesting I confirm my ID number but refusing to tell me what the call is about. They inform me they need my ID to confirm that its myself talking which I am refusing without them telling me what the call is about...however they tell me that the fees for the call will go onto my account which is strange that they know they are talking to me when it to fees but they need my ID to tell me what the call is about.
