Very unprofessional and rude

This place is not even worth 1 star. One of the people phoned me now about a outstanding virgin active payment and while trying to explain that I paid the cancelation fee she just kept interrupting me. I tried again to no avail as she just kept on interrupting me. This cauzed me to be very rude (i know it wasn't right of me) and she says to me i am not your friend and not your child as if i would want someone as rude as her to be my friend. So i asked to speak to the supervisor and she says she is the supervisor so i said no ahe isn't i want to speak to the person she reports to and she says the manager is at head office. I asked that the manager then give me a call and again she started to intept me while I was talking so in the end she drppped the call.

This person is very rude and I can't revall her gibing her name. Very unprofessional.

How can they phone me after 5 years asing for payment? Something seems fishy!
