Very unhappy about pathetic service

Ive never come across a collections company as mbd attorneys, u make the arrangements on accounts that have been prescribed bt still they calling u on a wrong number ontop of that. Their service is pathetic and outrageous, people are working and they call whole day and drop the phone too. Can someone please assist me im nt getting joy from thr complaints department as ive called to update my details too
