Very Rude
I have been receiving numerous calls from MBD regarding "my account with MTN" several times i have been informing them that I do not have an account with MTN, and that this is a ***** query which was logged with MTN, everyday I must answer the same issue I understand MTN is your client, so do you not give your client a report after calling me. The consultant are very rude as well
