Very Rude and disrespectful Agents
Today an agent called me with regards to my Finchoice loan, some how the agent couldn't hear me but i could hear everything, Before she cut the call she said " What's the problem, You answered the call now you not responding" before she cut the call she said "You full of ****". The agents are very rude and disrespectful, maybe the company needs to hire staff members that really want to work, or hire QA agents that actually monitor these calls.
