very Rude and abrupt agent

<p>i reiceved a call today and the id was withheld, </p> <p>alady who didnt even say who her name was just asked for my Date of birth when i refused she told me that i owe so many companies thats why i dont even want to give them my Date Of Birth I mean *** ? </p> <p> doesnt MBD have a script that thier stupid agents use when they call customers..</p> <p>she forgets that she gets paid on commision and my promise to pay buys her food </p> <p> </p> <p>she was very rude and i want the call to be listened too and i DEMAND FEEDBACK </p> <p> </p>
