Very poor / no service - STAY AWAY

On Monday the 6th November I settled an over due account that was handed over to this company. To date they cannot provide me with a receipt of the payment I made (*******) to date the company that handed me over to them has not received a notification of payment.

I suggest if you are handed over to this company, rather pay the initial business that handed you over than deal with their incompetency.

To companies that are considering having their bad debt's managed by this place, please think twice as they are not forthcoming.

If this place cannot even provide you with a receipt of payment that they can see on their system, how legit are they?

MBD state on their website that they were established in 1997, what that tells me is that for 26 years consumers handed over and business alike have been ****med by this most unprofessional establishment.

Note to the wise: If handed over to MBD rather pay the company that handed you over directly than to deal with their incompetence.
