Very bad

on the 2nd of July 2019 a friend asked me to pay R2K for his MBD attorneys account using my cellphone app. On the 31st when I was doing my payments I accidentally paid MBD attorneys R10K which was supposed to be for my bond payment. I called them to let them know and to asked them to refund me my money, they said they can not talk to me as I am not the account holder. I asked the owner of the account to call them for me.He called them and they ask him to send them required documents so that the refund is done. until today they have not refund me my money, they even claimed that they will take what he owes them from my money even though I told them that the money came to their accounts by mistake and the money is mine not his its for my bond and I am on arrears as we speak. Can someone assist me to get my money back.
