Verbal abuse

If u had my way I would not give a star at all.... So I received a call from MBD on a Saturday around 7am...i am currently fighting a terrible cold so I asked the lady to call me around 9 to give me time to wake up n the meds to clear from my body. The response I got was extreamly shocking to say the least. I know I have debt but I'm still human. Your employer shouted n verbally abusing me asking what makes me special that I shouldn't be called at 7.i constantly asked her why she was shouting this did not stop or slow her down. I asked for her name n demanded to speak to her manager but this girl was on fire screaming from the top of her lungs at me. She eventually hung up on me as I returned the same rudeness that she was dishing to me.... I HAVE Never been treated the way this consultant treated me n I won't take this lying down in debt or not. I want this looked into ASAP as who knows how many other people this lady has treated this way
