VE4RY VERY UPSET

After retrenchment I made arrangement to pay my account. I have not missed ONE payment. I kept my promise an honor each and every payment.

Yet I receive a "curtesy" call from MBD which then lands into a call to me - which drops before I can answer, then they phone my husband....and harraz him about my account which results into huge problems.

Then they sent up to 3 sms's a day, then they phone again.

FOR ALL THE ABOVE THEY CHARGE ME A FEE - for a sms to client/call to client./call to client husband...

BUT YET. I made a arrangement, I keep to my arrangement, I pay each and every month (I did not miss one payment)

Yet MBD - make sure they add additional cost up to 5 items a day to the already indebted account.

HOW DO YOU SAY THAT IS CORRECT/ETHICAL OR FAIR.

If I did not pay and the above was done I could say fair enough.

1. I pay 2. I did not miss ONE payment 3. I asked that you delete my husbands details (Why must you give him a call to tell him I must pay) though I am paying - I did not run away 4. I want a statement which I will take to all public forums to show how you charge me for up to 5 items - and that whilst I am a paying committed client.

I AM SO CROSS = I FEEL LIKE A ******** - IT SEEMS IF I AM WITH A BAG ON MY WAY TO GROSS A BORDER....

I YOU TREAT ME LIKE THIS...HOW DO YOU TREAT YOU CLIENTS THAT OWE'S 100 000????

PEOPLE....THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR SISTEM AND IF YOU LOOK AT CASES THAT WENT TO COURT ABOUT THE ABOVE IT WAS PROVEN YOU NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE COST LIKE THIS.....FOR UNCALLED AND ********* BEHAVIOUR
