Utterly disappointed

Hi Can someone please assist me as I have been struggling to earth ends with MBD Attorneys.

I have settled my account more than two months ago in full, yet it still reflects on my credit as unpaid.

I am struggling to get them to update the account to paid in full and closed. I can't get hold of them as their phones just keeps on ringing and ringing.

I have even logged a despute against them but nothing seems to be done.

It seems as if Hello Peter is also a waste of time as things never gets resolved.
