MBD Credit Solutions are the WORST service provider PERIOD! I have a Direct Axis Loan which was handed through to them in November 2016. After making arrangements with them and setting up a monthly debt order there has been no one to ever assist me with this account in terms o f statements, settlement or even answer their own call centre line.

I'm honestly at my wits end regarding this account as I have made monthly payments which for over a year yet for the past 7 months I have emailed and called them with no response or assistance from their offices. The one time I did get through I was sent from pillar to post, by a very crude & uncoth consultant.

My next step is now lodging a formal complaint with the NCR about this company! I'm tired of being treated unfairly when all I want is to settle my account with them and move on!!!

Note to self never again take out a loan from Direct Axis because this has left a bitter taste in my mouth permanently!
