Useless staff who cant help solve the problem

I am consistently receieving emails from MBD stating I owe a certain company money. Today I have called 6 times trying to resolve this matter. I was told I apparently owe money but nobody can tell me how much but I will be blacklisted. Your call center is a joke, you need new staff. Please inform me how to handle this situation because I dont want to get blacklisted.
