Useless staff members

This people harass you and just doesn't give you any information as to what you own, Manager is never available to talk to.. The staff members act like a bunch of DUMB IDIOTS

Yes well, lets see how long it will take you to actually do something about the problem, since this has been going on for 5 months. I don't know how difficult it is for your staff members to spell and send me the statement. i just keep hearing it has been send. but it never gets to me
