USELESS SERVICE!!! PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!

If I could give a negative star rating, i would give them -100.

This is the most useless company to call, you can never get through to them and when you do or they transfer your call, the line constantly drops.

The staff is also not helpful, very rude and arrogant.

All that is required is a paid-up letter, but it clearly proves difficult to even speak to someone to get this.

Not sure why this company is in existence. They know nothing about customer service!!
