Useless Service

I am trying to get a payment letter out if this useless company. One telephone no doesnt work, the other lets you wait in a que for 3 minutes and then tells you there is a high call volume and cant be answered. Email gets immediately deleted when sent through. Done twice and deleted without being read within 5mins. Unnaceptable.
