USELESS PEOPLE! NO HONOUR, NO VALUES! NO RESPECT!!

I don't know whether this is a curse or punishment! Since Nov 2019 I have been treated like a fool by Blake Attorneys, and all I've been asking for is banking details to pay my debt, my account has been tossed around from pillar to post without any notification. It's now sitting with MBD Credit Solutions and they just as useless as Blake Attorneys. I have already processed 2 payments using their so called stupid App YET even after my payments I am being harrased with multiple messages about my account being in arrears due to none payment. I called numerous times and I'm told I'm not the only one complaining as there might be a technical fault with their system, promised a callback and to date NOTHING! Promised to be sent an email address so I can send my proof of payment NOTHING! Promised my statement NOTHING! I called again and this time I'm told none of my payments appear on the system! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SEND PEOPLE LINKS TO YOUR MALFUNCTIONING APP? Whya am i being penalized for people not doing their job? Who's supposed to pay for all the calls and texts? Why the HELL are you messing up people's credits even further! Why the hell must paying your debt be such a mission! It's hard enough trying to make sure you keep up with payments at this critical time yet we continue to maintain taking ownership of our responsibilities then get such pathetic treatment! We are human beings too! STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS! ITS DISGUSTING!
