Useless organisation...money grabbers and no accountability

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter on Monday about this company, received a reply advising that they will investigate this matter and supply feedback shortly, well that hasn't happened, this is despite me calling their customer call center every day this week requesting feedback, updates and a resolution. Just this morning I was advised that the person who manages the Hellopeter complaints is aware of this issue and is dealing with the matter. I asked to be put through to her and was advised she can't receive any calls, I then asked that she call me back urgently, to which I was told she will be given the message and I can expect her call before COB today....well clearly that didn't happen, I'm beginning to wonder if anyone does any work in this organisation besides making obnoxious and harassing calls to people looking for money that they are not owed...could someone do their job please and sort this matter out URGENTLY ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!
