Useless MBD LEGAL

I have paid my last dept i owe. I have asked them for a paid up letter 3 times now, every time i call and ask thay say 24 to 48 hours later. It has been 3 weeks now. Thay are quick to take your money but when you ask a simple letter from them its a problem
