Useless MBD Collection agency

Hi, For the past 5yrs + I have been receiving calls from MBD attorneys regarding my ex landlords arrears accounts. Over this time I have explained this is not my account and to have my contact details removed from the system. Each time i get told it will be done and yet to this day I am still receiving calls regarding his account. How can it take so long to get the incorrect persons details removed from the system. Maybe this is why people aren't paying their accounts, because you'll are calling the wrong people.
