USELESS, ***********, RUDE

I am absolutely disgusted with the service received from this company. Their staff is so rude and ***********. I have received numerous calls from them (specifically a lady called Stacy). Before I can complete my story the put the phone done in my ear. When you contact them to speak to management, their protect them like royalty and merely put the phone down in your ear.

I am busy investigating possible avenues to report them to the Financial Service Boards as well the Legal Council of SA. I am absolutely done with their incompetence.

I have also had a look at the responses to the COUNTLESS similar complaints on HalloPeter. It is system generated and not one complaint actually gets resolved. The consumer council must also be made aware of this.
