useless consultants at MBD Attorneys

I had a visit at my work today from someone that is from MBD Attorneys regarding a outstanding account which i am not aware of. i have told the messenger that i cannot sign as i am not aware of any link or debt outstanding to Virgin active. he then told me that he will make a note that i refuse to sign and then further steps will be taken and i will receive a garnishee on my salary. i tried to phone MBD for almost the whole day trying to find out the exact querie. i got hold of them four times but as soon as i start talking they said they will put me trough to someone that can assist me. i cannot then get hold of someone. very frustrated and their seems to be not a single person that actually can assist. They seem to be very rude and no care, almost similar to the govt. departments. why are they working there if they cannot do their job.
