I received a Arrangement Confirmation letter on 20 November 2016 and then on 21 November 2016 I received a letter of demand saying I have not made payment WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>How can I receive the confirmation 1st and then letter of demand????????????????????????????? </p> <p>You people are probably also charging me for these letters so STOP wasting my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>I have been paying for the last two and a half years every month. Stop HARASSING me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>I will go to Hello Peter if this happens again. </p> <p>This company is really useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
