Useless Call Centre!!! I will be complaining to the OMBUD

MBD is the most useless contact centre I have ever dealt with!!! I have had endless issues! I have a judgement on my name through bayport, and I have been struggling for the last 6 months to get bayport to debit my account!!!

I have attempted to call their useless contact centre more than 6 times and its either they don't ever pick up or the staff are absolutely ***********!!!

how it is possible that a customer is having the run around when I want to settle this account!!! this is ridiculous!!! bayport should pull their account from such a useless provide like MBD- I am also going to file a complaint at the FSCA and the ombud against this company as my credit profile isn't getting corrected due to their incompetence!!!

I need someone senior from MBD to contact me urgently or I will continue with further action!!!
