Useless and inefficient

This is my 3rd complaint about this company that seems more like a bunch of ********** circus clowns, they over charged my account in December and owe me an excess of R800 , I have called and emailed almost 100 times to a whole lot of useless people and now they don't even respond nor answer their phones. And don't give me your bull**** automated response about an investigation because you are useless *******!
